- Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines - A minimum 5 years' relevant experience in hotel front desk operations or airline passenger service operations - Positive attitude, customer-oriented and good team leader - Strong leading, communications and interpersonal skills - Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
