主要職責: • 透過電話、電子郵件和即時訊息及時回覆客人詢問 • 處理維修服務訂單、日常交易、報價、發票和付款 • 為ARNHOLD維修服務的所有其他方面提供行政支持 • 與客戶/廠進行備件索賠和退貨的溝通 資格和經驗: 經驗: • 3年或以上客戶服務領域工作經驗 教育: • 工商管理或相關學科的高等教育 技能: • 流利的英語和中文,包括粵語和國語 • 熟練使用Microsoft Office和CRM系統 其他: • 組織能力良好,能夠同時處理多項任務 • 能在壓力下工作
