Parttime Customer Services Assistant

Job Duty

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Parttime Customer Services Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be trained to look after the club and to deliver a great member experience to all our members, grow sustainably the membership base of the club, the club’s social media platforms. Responsibilities: A) Responsible for the day-to-day operations of club, includes but is not limited to, ensuring compliance to Company standards and procedures B) Assist the shop Manager to achieve sales targets and revenue goals for the club and membership sales C) Complete all paperwork, manage all member inquiries in a timely way and any other tasks necessary to ensure the successful operations of the club as directed by your immediate supervisor. D) Provide excellent customer service to all members, ensuring their needs and expectations are met, maintain strong, positive relationships with existing members, and actively seek feedback to improve their experience Requirements: 1) Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) 2) Possess general business common sense and able to think commercially 2) Possess an analytical approach to work, problem-solving skills, and initiatives 3) Demonstrate excellent time management skills and prioritization, being organized and tidy 4) Has basic computer skills and comfortable with using social media platforms like IG and FB.
