Part-Time Store Assistant - the Peak Tower

The Role We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Store Assistants to join our team at our first-ever retail store at the Peak Tower. As a Store Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining store operations, and supporting the growth of our brand. Key Responsibilities • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers, answering questions, and offering recommendations about our products • Assist with the daily operations of the retail store, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment • Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash and digital payments • Support the promotion of our brand and products through tastings, events, and other in-store activities Qualifications and Skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an outgoing personality and a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service • Ability to communicate in Cantonese, Mandarin and English • Interested in craft cider and/or other alcoholic beverages • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work as a team ** Must be punctual and able to work any time during the workday and weekends.
