Job Duty

The Ice Cream & Cookie Co. is looking for Part-Time Concept Cafe Specialist who will be responsible for preparing and serving our delicious ice cream, maintaining an inviting and clean shop environment, and ensuring that our customers have a memorable experience. This role is perfect for someone who loves gelato and enjoys interacting with people in a dynamic and fun setting. Key Responsibilities 主要職責： Prepare and serve drinks, ice cream and other dessert menu items to customers 負責調製飲品、意式雪糕及接待顧客 Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to ensure they have a positive experience 為客人提供優質的餐飲及顧客服務 Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop 確保餐廳範圍內衛生清潔及符合衛生及安全標準 Assist Store Manager to handle daily store operation activities 維持及處理店內日常營運事宜 Requirements 入職要求： Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, positive attitude, enthusiasm on gelato and coffee products, Team player with a willingness to learn and grow 性格開朗積極、守時、願意學習、喜歡團隊工作 Excellence customer services attitude and experience 提供優質的顧客服務 Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays 願意於星期六日或公眾假期上班；可夜班工作 Barista skill is preferred 具咖啡師經驗更佳 Able to work 3 days per week 一星期至少工作三天 Benefits: Employee discounts 員工優惠 Training and development programs 在職專業培訓 A fun and friendly work environment 友善愉快的工作環境
