崗位職責: 1、負責現金及銀行業務,對發生的資金支出及時登記日記賬; 2、嚴格按照公司的財務制度審核相關原始憑證,並辦理報銷、結算等手續; 3、登記各類財務輔助表; 4、負責財務憑證裝訂機保管; 5、領導交辦的其他工作。 任職資格: 1、專科及以上學歷,會計、財務相關專業; 2、2年以上工作經歷; 3、熟練操作財務軟件、Excel、PPT等辦公軟件; 4、良好的語言溝通,會兩文三語; 5、誠實守信,具有良好的職業道德及團隊合作精神 6、歡迎應届畢業生應聘 公司福利:往來愉景灣交通,醫療保險,MPF Work Location: 愉景灣 Discovery Bay --------------------------------------------------------------------- Job Responsibilities: 1. Handle Bank Reconciliations; 2. Handle Accounts Payables; 3.Handle Staff expenses claims; 4.Issue payments 5. Responsible for the custody of the financial voucher binding machine; 6.Help performing month-end closing, relevant schedules. 7. Assist in ad hoc projects and tasks. Qualifications: 1. Diploma or above in Accountancy or related; 2. More than 2 years of working experience; 3. Good command in MS Word, Excel and Chinese typing;Experience of Accounting Software is preferable; 4.
