*Temporary Hotline Payroll Coordinator (HR - EAO related)* (2-month contract) Leading professional services firm specializing in corporate services Time: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm Location: Ngau Tau Kok Salary: $90 - $100 per hour (paid meal break) Job Duties: - Handle payroll related enquiries via hotline - Respond to incoming calls and provide accurate information regarding payroll processes and policies - Collaborate with payroll team to resolve issues and escalate when necessary Requirements: - Strong understanding of HR principles, knowledge of HK Labour Law and C&B - ⁠Experience in Payroll or HR related role is preferred - Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin - Good communication skills and customer service oriented
