工作職責: 1、 負責大廈日常風、火、水、電以及消防系統的日常維修和保養工作 2、 負責大廈其他日常小型維修工作，包括並不限於油漆、泥水、通渠以及其他金、木工等 3、 工作需穿著制服，上班時間為星期一至日8:00-17:00或14:00-23:00或23:00-08:00，每星期工作5.5天，放公眾假期，需輪休和輪更。 每月：$24,000-26,000 工作要求： 1、 中5畢業或以上 2、 5年或以上大廈維修經驗 3、 需持有註冊電業工程人員A牌（持有B牌優先）及建造業安全訓練證書 4、 待人有禮、有團隊合作精神、善於溝通及能在壓力下工作 我們提供： 免費早、午餐，穿梭巴士服務 雙糧及年終花紅 節日禮金 勤工獎金 公眾假期、14天年假 醫療人壽福利、牙科福利
