Job Duty
職責 1. 前往指定客戶處所進行保養、維修、軟件更新及提升、機件安裝，並為客戶提供正確的機件使用指引及培訓 2. 收集及記錄機件資料，以便監察機件運作表現 3. 及時將技術問題轉達技術支援部，為客戶尋求解決方案及提供相關協助 條件 1. 最少一年相關經驗 (應屆畢業生亦會考慮) 2. 對機件有興趣 3. 能自律及按指引獨立工作 4. 以客戶服務為先, 有良好溝通技巧, 具備團隊精神 5. 需外勤到指定客戶地點工作, 例如﹕銀行、找換店、零售店等等 有興趣者請把 CV 及 期望薪酬 發送到[email protected]
