Job Duty
Responsibilities 工作職責 : Perform receptionist duties of greeting guests, answering telephone calls etc 執行接待工作,包括顧客介紹會所設施或等 Perform quality customer services of greeting guests, answering telephone calls etc 提供專業和高質素的客戶服務,與會員保持良好關係 data entry, filing and administration work 一般文書工作 answer enquiries through phone, email or face to face 負責接聽電話及直接解答顧客查詢 maintain daily operation of hotline office and the membership database 協助維持會所日常運作及負責有關工作 handle daily operation tasks such as members registration and membership renewal 日常會所工作, 為顧客登記及行政工作 Arrange maintenance works for office facilities and equipment 巡查場地設施, 保持會所整潔 Handle ad hoc tasks and any other duties as assigned 處理臨時任務和分配的任何其他職責 Requirements 要求: Polite, punctual, willing to learn 積極主動、有禮、守時、願意學習 At least 1 year of relevant working experience 一年或以上相關工作經驗優先考慮 Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese 基本中英文書寫及溝通能力 *需輪班工作 *Fresh graduate will also be considered 歡迎應屆畢業生 *Immediately available is highly preferred 可即時上班
