Job Duty
工作職責 : 協助主廚處理及製作餐廳的食品生產,預備食材及烹調食物. 協助廚房日常運作, 必要時協助前台操作. 遵從基本衛生指引, 並時刻保持廚房清潔並保持個人衛生. 入職要求 : 必須具備2年日式廚房經驗. 須具備廣東話,基本英文會話能力和簡單的基本日語 . 熱衷於學習、成長和發展 能應付節奏急促的工作環境 具良好工作態度與溝通能力,主動積極,有責任感及團隊合作精神 合資格在香港工作, 持有香港身份證 Job Descriptions: Assist Head Chef to prepare ingredients and dishes Managing daily operation and workflow of kitchen Assisting in front of house operation where necessary. Ensure overall cleanliness of the kitchen area, maintain personal hygiene Requirements: Must have min. 2 years prior experience in a Japanese kitchen environment Cantonese and basic English and simple basic Japanese proficiency are required. Team player with a positive work attitude Passionate to learn, grow and develop Ability to handle pressure during peak operational hours. Eligible to work in Hong Kong with Hong Kong Identity card.

薪金及福利: 薪酬與經驗相稱,由港幣20,000元至港幣21,000元不等 有每月銷售目標獎金 每月休息6天. 每天工作時間9小時 + 1小時午餐時間. 逢星期日休息. 每年10天有薪年假、強積金計劃、員工膳食、小費和服務費、專業培訓、良好晉升機會. 醫療和牙科保險計劃. Remuneration Package: Salary is commensurate with experience , ranging HK$20,000 to HK$21,000. Monthly sales target bonus. 6 days off a month, 9 Hours per day + 1 Hour Lunch Time, regular day-off Sunday. 10 days annual leave, participate in Mandatory Providence Fund (MPF), tips & service charge, staff meals, training and development. Medical and dental insurance Plan.
