客戶服務員（傳呼）

Job Duty

主要職責： - 在醫療中心提供良好的客戶服務, 以滿足公司服務標準; - 解答及跟進病人的查詢和預約; - 職位不需要管理下屬 要求: 中三程度 無需相關工作經驗 語文要求 略懂粵語會話, 略懂英文會話 略懂中文讀寫, 略懂英文讀寫 Responsibilities - Ensure that calls and emails are handled according to the company’s service level with professional manner - Answer / follow up patient‘s inquiry and appointment booking - Any assigned responsibilities by supervisor Requirements - Good interpersonal skills and telephone manners - Willingness to learn, pleasant, customer-oriented and good team player - Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua - Experience in hospitality, tourism or customer service is an advantage but not must - Fresh graduated with Tourism and Hospitality Management background is preferred
