Exploration and development of new markets and platforms to expand reach and engagement. 3) Customer Engagement: Proactively address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a seamless buying experience through exceptional service across email and instant messaging. 4) Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to streamline daily operations, including maintaining and updating online platforms. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Qualifications & Skills: Educational Background: • Minimum of F.5 (HKDSE/HKCEE) or above, with 2+ years of relevant experience. Personal Attributes: • Self-motivated and proactive, with strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Language Skills: • Good command of both written English and Chinese. Preferred Experience: 1) Prior experience in e-commerce, particularly with the Shopline platform, as well as in Video Game, Animates.
