Job Duty
Responsibilities: - Responsible for food preparation and presentation - Ensure and maintain high standards of service, hygiene, health and safety - Assist the Sous Chef to execute the recipes and daily task - Assist the Sous Chef in handling, cutting and packaging meat and fish products - Assist the Sous Chef to control the wastage of the production - Manage inventory control to maintain an optimum level of ingredients and stock in the kitchen Job Requirements: - With a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience - Excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety knowledge - With passion and creativity - Basic knowledge in both English and Cantonese - Must have valid HKID and/or working visa Benefits : The successful candidate will be provided with: - 6 rest days per month - Competitive salary - Tip shares - Discretionary year-end incentives - Duty meal - Transportation allowance - Medical - Dental and other insurance schemes - Marriage Leave - Compassionate Leave Interested individuals can submit their resumes through WhatsApp at 9627-8575 or by email to: Chariot1@netvigator.com.
