Job Duty

Participate in the process of delivery IT projects – PC migration End to End Windows migration including planning, installation, upgrade, configuration, and troubleshooting Provide high level of technical support by phone or deskside for Desktop and Laptop related software and hardware to internal customers in an efficient and friendly manner Identify, investigate, and solve problems or incidents in accordance with established procedures, practices, and service pledges Job requirements: Experience in PC Window 10-11 migration in Cloud desktop and laptop Good communication skills in English, Cantonese, Mandarin with customer centric mind-set
