Senior Guest Service Officer/ Senior Customer Service Officer (Shopping Mall; 5.5 days)

Job Duty

Job Responsibilities: - Assist Guest Service Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Concierge Counter so as to deliver quality customer services to all customer, tenants and visitors. - Work closely with the Management Office and other internal parties to ensure smooth execution of daily operations, marketing and company activities. - Support marketing activities, continuously strengthen relations with tenants and customer, and execution of in-mall promotional programs. - Handle customer feedback and complaint and carry out adequate action to achieve customer satisfaction - Perform other duties assigned by supervisors as and when required Job Requirements: - F.5 or above, Certificate in Property/ Facility Management or related disciplines is preferred - At least 3-4 years’ experience of concierge experience in shopping mall/ Grade A commercial building/ hotel/ security company - Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Guest Service Manager - Proactive with excellent communication skills and supervisory skills - Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese and good PC skills - Work location: Wan Chai Fringe Benefits: - Discretionary Bonus - Birthday Leave - Marriage Leave - Group Medical Insurance WhatsApp: 6408 0305
