Sales Coordinator (Admin support)

Job Duty

Responsibilities - Assist sales team members to issue proposals/rate card/booking order and letters - Gather information from all sales to do the weekly proposal report - Prepare necessary sales tools such as rate card, CD-ROM, etc Requirements: - Form 6 graduate (Fresh graduates are welcome) - Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Language: Chinese : Proficient in writting, fluent in Cantonese Mandarin & English : basic - Relevant work experience will be an advantage - Familiarity with sales support software such as IMS and Amelia (Customer Relationship Management System) is an advantage Application Method: Applicants are invited to send their CV via email to [email protected] (please indicate expected salary and availability).
