Property Management Officer / Trainee [5 days, Near MTR]

Job Duty

Offer： 5 days (Mon to Fri) work with Annual Leave & Bonus; Manage housing estates (residential buildings) with stable and friendly working environment; Many different working locations can be choose where near MTR stations; Main Duties (Including but not limited to the below)︰ Assist the Property Manager to provide property management services and maintain excellent relations with different tenants while meeting the company guidelines; Handle the tenancy documents or issues and ensure the tenancy regulations are meet the standards; Identify areas requiring preventive or remedial actions in respect of cleaning, repair and security, liaise with relevant parties and monitor the implementation of such actions. Requirements : From 5 graduated with 5 subjects obtained Level 3 or above in HKDSEE, including English and Chinese and having at least 4 years' experience in property management or Degree/Diploma Holders with minimum 3 years’ experience in property management; Able to work individually and deal with different kinds of property management issues including but not limited to New Site Handover works, resolve the problems or complaints from the tenants, explain the Deed of Mutual Covenant Clauses 「大廈公契」to the tenants and etc.; Having strong communicate and interpersonal skills which able to build up good relationship with different tenants. *** Candidates with less property management experience can be consider as “Property Trainee.” 有意者請把詳細履歴電郵至 [email protected]
