Job Responsibilities: - Lead an intense and energetic Fitness Group Class (Circus Training/TRX/HIIT/Boxing etc.); - Providing adequate warm-up, class content, stretching & cool down; - Instruction to class participants on effective workout methods while demonstrating proper technique; - Maintaining a positive experience for members and class participants; - Motivate members towards participating in Kickboxing classes; - Keep accurate records on student fitness goals and progress. 職責: - 帶領健身小班 (Circus Training/TRX/HIIT/Boxing等) - 提供足夠的熱身、課程內容、伸展和放鬆; - 向學員講解有效的鍛煉方法,同時展示正確的技術; - 為會員和課堂參與者提供積極的體驗; - 帶動及激勵會員參與 Requirement: - Qualified Group Fitness certification/multiple specialized certification; - Completion of a 200-hour Kickboxing training course is a plus; - CPR and First Aid certified is an advantage (preferred but is not essential); - 1-3 years of Kickboxing instructor experience preferred; - Friendly and outgoing with excellent communication skills; - Enthusiasm for personal health and fitness. 所需條件: - 合格團體健身認證/多項專業認證; - 完成200小時瑜Kickboxing練課程者優先 - 持心肺復蘇術或急救認證者優先; - 1-3年Kickboxing/泰拳教練經驗優先 - 友善外向,具有良好的溝通技巧 - 熱衷個人健康和健身
