Job Duty
Job Responsibilities • Sort and distribute incoming mails, newspaper & magazines. • Handle outgoing mails, statements, cheques to vendors & couriers • Replenish printing stationeries/paper/toner, marketing materials, etc. • Oversee repairs/maintenances • Assist in ad-hoc projects & events (i.e. workstations relocation, equipment relocation, inventory/stock check, etc.) Requirements • Cantonese, basic English and Mandarin skills. • Form 5 graduate with previous related working experience • Excellent communication, • interpersonal and organizational skills. • Basic computer knowledge (i.e. MS Outlook, Excel, Word) • Immediately available is preferred 職責 • 文書處理包括文件存檔, 資料輸入, 複印等 • 處理辦公室雜務及後勤事務, 收集和派發文件, 運送物品等體力勞動工作 • 協助組織公司相關活動等工作 • 完成上司指派之的工作 資歷 • 中五或以上程度. 能操廣東話, 及簡單英文 / 國語 • 工作責任心強, 積極上進, 靈活應變能力 • 懂簡單電腦操作 (MS Outlook, Excel, Word • 可即時上班者可獲優先考慮
