Junior Sales Executive / Assistant Merchandiser

Job Duty

Responsibilities: - Liaise with overseas customers in order confirmation and handle their daily enquiries - Ensure accurate and on-time production orders, order status reports and delivery time schedule, etc - Handle samples development and send out sample shipment on time - Follow up the whole merchandising process from product development until production - Prepare product related documents and reports - Communicate with or travel to China factories if required - Handle ad hoc assignments as required Requirements: - Higher Diploma or above in any discipline - 1-2 years merchandising or trading working experience - Experience in handling USA and Europe markets is an advantage - Knowledge in home decoration items, silk floral or seasonal products is an advantage - Good communciation skills, well-organized, self-motivated, flexible and able to work independently - Proficiency in MS Office (especially in Excel & PPT) and Outlook - Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin - Fresh graduates are welcome, less experience will be considered as Assistant Merchandiser
