Job Duty

Job Responsibilities: • Handle incoming calls, bookings and record daily transactions • Customers support & assistance • Booking & reservation arrangement • Keep front desk presentable at all time • Assist in various ad hoc assignments as required Job Requirements: • DSE or above • 3 years experience or above & Spa experience will be an asset • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua • Responsible, self-motivated and good team player • Candidates with more experience will also be considered as Senior Guest Service Supervisor / Officer • Working Location : Central or Happy Valley Benefits: • Competitive remuneration package • Upto 7 rest days per month • Discretionary Bonus • 9 hours per day • 12 days Annual Leave • Birthday leave • Medical Insurance • Staff Discount We offer competitive remuneration packages including excellent career prospects to the right candidates.
