General Manager

Job Duty

We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager based in Hong Kong to oversee and drive our operations targeting the Turkish market. The ideal candidate will bring a strong engineering background, deep industry experience, and strategic leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute business strategies to expand our presence in Turkey. - Manage sales, operations, and R&D initiatives to align with corporate goals. - Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless market execution. - Build and maintain strong relationships with Turkish clients and global partners. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate standards. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 10 years of overall work experience, with at least 5 years in the display technology sector (e.g., digital signage, LED displays, monitors, or TVs). - Minimum 5 years of work experience in China, with a strong understanding of its supplier and business environment. - Certified HSK-3 (or higher) proficiency in Chinese. Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate environment is a plus. - Minimum 3 years of R&D experience in the relevant field. Proficiency in design software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Cre, etc.) is a plus. - Strong background in structural assembly and design principles. - Business professional-level proficiency in English. - Native-level fluency in Turkish.
