Job Duties: - Conduct group classes and private sessions tailored to clients of all fitness levels. - Customize Pilates routines to meet the specific needs and goals of individual clients. - Provide top-notch client service by offering motivation, guidance, and clear communication. - Maintain a safe and welcoming studio environment, ensuring equipment is used properly. - Collaborate with fellow team members to create personalized fitness plans for clients. Stay updated with the latest Pilates techniques and industry trends. Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in the fitness industry or a Bachelor's degree in Sports Science (or a relevant education background). - A 2-year commitment to work with us after completing the sponsored Pilates certification. - Strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients achieve their fitness goals.
