Job Duty

Job Scope > To develop, manage and execute effective digital content strategies as well as interactive and experiential designs. > Liaise with internal and external teams in addressing and resolving technical issues in program development, production works and quality assurance. > Build strong client relationships with partners for customer success and satisfaction. > Be responsive to new clients' inquires, understand clients' requirements and catch up selling opportunities to provide the best service solution. > Involved in competitive pitches, assisting in idea proposal, price proposal and presentation.
