Job Duty

Responsibilities: Handle Inbound calls and customer enquiries. Provide quality customer service, maintain daily operations smoothly. Follow up customer enquiries/complaint and provide solution. No need to achieve sales target. Any ad-hoc duties as required. Requirements: F.5 / DSE graduate or above. Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in customer service. Good telesales experience in banking and finance industry is preferred. Willing to work on a shift basis 5 days work. Good communication and interpersonal skills..
