Customer Services Officer (Full Time)

Job Duty

Key Responsibilities • Promote and assist passengers to use the left baggage/baggage delivery and baggage acceptance services • Perform check-in service or self-service assistance to passengers at various off-airport check-in locations • Respond to customers' enquiries and provide information on baggage storage, delivery and acceptance rate • Perform identification document checks and explain the terms and conditions of the services to the customers • Assist customers in completing payment process in accordance with Company guidelines • Report facilities failure to Supervisor Job requirements: • F.5 or above, with experience in airport or hotel related industry is preferred; priority will be given to holder of Higher Diploma in relevant stream • Good customer services attitude • Good inter-personal skill • Basic skills in PC software, such as Excel, Word & Google Chrome • Required to wear uniform and work on rotating shifts between 5.30 am and 1.30 am, including weekends and public holidays. Work Location: Successful candidate may be assigned to or rotated at the locations listed below: • Hong Kong International Airport • West Kowloon Station • Hong Kong/Kowloon Station Or other locations subject to Company's arrangement We offer semi full-time role for qualified candidates who are interested in working for 15 shifts or 12 shifts per month.
