Job Duty
Responsibilities Provide customer service, keep in contact with the shippers and consignees Co-ordinate and follow-up cargo flow with internal and external parties Responsible for handling import operation documentation and trucking arrangement Update related documents & shipping reports are timely and accurate Handle general inquiries from customers, internal departments and overseas offices Perform ad-hoc duties as required Requirement F5 or above 2-5 years relevant experience in the freight forwarding industry is preferred Able to work independently, detail-mined, well-organized and strong sense of responsibility Good command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese Knowledge of PC applications including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing We offer 14 - 20 days of Annual Leave Birthday Leave 5-day working week Double Pay Discretionary Bonus Accident & Life Insurance Group Medical & Dental insurance
