Job description: We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team at a brand new, state-of-the-art specialist referral centre. This facility spans 25,000 sq. ft. and is equipped to provide exceptional care. The team consist of specialists internationally in anesthesiology, cardiology, dentistry and oral surgery, emergency and critical care, oncology, and surgery, with additional services currently being recruited. Job Duties: Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar Answer phone calls and address inquiries regarding veterinary services, appointment availability, and general information Perform the full range of reception job duties independently and provide administrative support, greet visitors and clients, maintain the reception area clean and tidy Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and maintain financial records accurately Assist in ad hoc assignments as required Communicate effectively with the veterinary team to ensure coordinated and efficient workflow Job Requirements: Clinical customer service experience Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin Genuine passion and care for animals is essential Strong knowledge and understanding of veterinary medicine, including diagnostics, treatments, and surgical procedures is a must Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Be able to take shift duty on public holidays and weekends
