Job Duty
- Provide quality customer services and handle client's inquiries in accurate and timely manner via different channels; - Works closely with operation team to obtain and ensure the necessary documents are in place for client on boarding requirements; - Checks on clients and process the account application forms in accordance to procedures: -Handle processing of clients' updates and changes to their accounts. = 提供優的客戶服務﹐透過不同管道準確及時地處理客竹的諮詢; = 與營運團隊密切合作,取得並確保客戶提供開立帳戶所需的文件; = 按程序審核及處理客戶申請開立帳戶的文件; = 負責更新及更改客戶留存帳戶資料。
