Job Duty
Greet clients warmly and manage check-in and check-out processes. Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person about services and bookings. Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations. Maintain an organized reception area and update client records accurately. Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth daily operations. Promote wellness packages, memberships, and ongoing promotions. Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience. Assist with inventory management and restocking materials. Support special projects such as wellness events or promotional campaigns. Support the sales team with general administrative tasks Ensure customer satisfaction by handling any order-related issues efficiently Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
