Job Duty
# Responsibilities: - Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support) -Take care of office administration. - Assist in data input into the Accounting database. - To support ad-hoc duties as assigned upon request. - Communicate with Sales Department to source and develop new products. - Prepare marketing materials and product information. -To source and evaluate suppliers’ abilities, quality and production capacities. - Preparation of costings and other analytical reports for cost calculation, comparison, control, and other purposes. - Place orders and arrange shipment and logistic handling. - Build relationships with suppliers while monitoring and driving their performance. - Prepare Monthly Purchase & Inventory Report and price analysis. - Carry out cost control measure. # Candidate Requirements 1 Minimum 3 years relevant working experience 2 Proficiency in Excel, Word, PDF, PPT 3 Quick thinking and eager to take up responsibility. 4 Clear minded and able to resolve problems independently 5 Highly self-motivated, taking initiatives, and a good team player 6 Good command of English and Mandarin 7 5 days work week (Mon-Fri)
