Associate (Project Management)

Job Duty

Responsibilities: - To handling daily coordination and inquiries with our clients regarding financial reports, IPOs, circular, announcement and related financial document; - To work closely with internal departments to handle customer enquiries and feedbacks to meet customer requirement and standard; - To maintain quality customer relationship to achieve client’s satisfaction in a professional manner. Requirements: - Tertiary education or above; - Minimum 1-2 years or above working experience in customer service preferred, more relevant experience will be considered a senior position; - Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin; - Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills; - Self-motivated, good attitude, responsible and able to work under pressure and tight schedule; - Proficiency in MS Office.
