What you’ll be doing? 監督內部和承辦商維修技術人員的表現，以確保維修質量和高度客戶滿意度 Oversee the performance of both in-house and outsourced repair technicians to ensure repair quality delivery and high customer satisfaction 管理內部維修工作間運營並支援外訪維修以實現卓越運營 Managing the in-house workshop operation and support field repair for operation excellence 培訓和發展技術人員，以提高技術知識、維修技能和客戶服務技能 Train and develop the technicians to enhance their technician knowledge, repair skills and customer service skills 維修品質和工作流程控制，以減少產品更換和產品送返維修工作間進行維修 Repair quality and work process control to minimize the product exchange and product return to workshop for repair 提供解決方案和技術知識以支援呼叫中心團隊處理客戶投訴或查詢 Support call centre team by providing resolution and technical knowledge for customer complaints or inquiries handling Who are we looking for? 電業工程人員執照（A 級） Electrical worker license (Grade A) 工程或相關學科高級文憑和文憑 High Diploma and Diploma in engineering disciplines 至少8年的家用電器行業維修經驗 Minimum 8 years’ experience in home appliances repair industry 豐富雪櫃、冷氣和洗衣機維修技術和知識 Strong repair & technical skills & knowledge of refrigerator, air-conditioner and machine washer 有效溝通、管理和談判技巧 Excellent communication, management and negotiation skills Microsoft Office 和維修管理系統使用知識 Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Repair Management System 有駕駛執照者優先 Driving License is preferred Why you should consider this opportunity: We offer an attractive remuneration package with fringe benefits to the right candidates, such as Discretionary Bonus Medical Benefits Dental Benefits Staff Purchase On-the-job Training Annual Leave 12-18 Days Birthday Leave Marriage Leave Staff Activities (Company Picnic) Interested parties, please send full resume with present and expected salary to [email protected] Personal data provided by job applicants will be treated in strict confidence.
