Develop long-term growth roadmap for key customers,through a clear vision and strategy Provide leadership to sales team to grow business,and develop a high performance team Deliver company value by maximizing company resource and build the leading brand in the industry Deeply understand customer strategy and needs,develop and implement the customer development strategy for members Drive joy customer satisfaction for assigned key customers, collaborating with service team,product management team to turn every customer into a reference site Management and coaching of independent sales within the team,keep abreast of all competitor activity Drive inssue resolution with cross functions vis RCA to improve customer satisfaction Develop sales strategies and action plan to achieve annual budget
