Job Duty
Responsibilities: Perform daily routine accounting & admin tasks, such as issuing cheques, data entry on the accounting system and record maintenance relating to management reports To prepare invoices and maintain accounts receivable Liaise relevant department regarding payment and expense claim Assist the month-end closing, Year-end closing and Audit Perform general administrative support such as filing, courier arrangement, secretarial support 職責: 執行日常會計和管理任務,例如開支票、會計系統資料輸入以及與管理報告相關的記錄維護 - 處理AP & AR帳目 - 協助月末結帳、年終結帳及審計 - 執行一般行政支持,例如Filing、快遞安排、租賃銷售支援、維護客戶資料庫並協助準備管理報告 - 需要時執行臨時任務
