Job Duty
Accounting & Admin Clerk: Responsibilities: -Handle full set of accounts, bank reconciliation -Provide month-end/year-end reports -Coordinate the annual audit process and liaise with auditors -Handle payroll, MPF, attendance/leave management, annual salary tax return declaration -Responsible for office administrative duties, office supplies and equipment -Perform ad hoc duties assigned Requirement: -Diploma holder in Business Administration, Accounting /Finance or related disciplines; -Self-motivated, high flexibility, detailed-oriented, mature, good communication and interpersonal skills; -Minimum 1 years of relevant experience including accounting experience of managing full set of accounts; -Good PC skills especially MS Office; -Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
