Job Duty
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting and Admin Assistant to join our team at Forever Jewels. This position combines accounting responsibilities, including managing expenses and accounts payable, with administrative support tasks. You will also assist with sales support and coordinate courier arrangements, ensuring smooth operations across multiple functions. Responsibilities – • Perform account payable function including handling of invoices and expenses, and payment checking. • Record daily financial transactions accurately • Assist in month-end closing processes by preparing necessary documentation • Responsible for courier arrangement on sample delivery for customers and handle shipping documents; including preparation of invoices and packing lists; • Maintain shipping records and perform clerical support including filing • Prepare and distribute sales support documents, such as pricing lists, product specifications, and sales agreements. • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements – • F.5 graduated or above qualification • Previous experience in an accounting role or related position is a must • Proficiency in accounting software – Xero and MS Office, particularly Excel. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Good communication skills, both verbal and written Chinese and English.
