餐廳經理 Restaurant manager 職責 Responsibilities: -負責餐廳日常營運管理 Responsible for the daily operation and management of the restaurant -執行公司政策及營銷計劃 Implement company policy and marketing plan -為顧客提供優質餐飲體驗 Provide customers with quality dining experience -控制各項營運成本 Control various operating costs -負責團隊的人手編配及團隊服務表現 Responsible for the staffing of the team and the provision of team service performance -向管理層匯報店舖營運狀況及客戶意見 Report the store operation status and customer opinions to the management 要求 Requirement: -5年或以上餐廳管理經驗 5 years or above restaurant management experience -有繁忙餐廳經驗 High traffic restaurant experience is a must -具良好的應變能力、管理技巧、服務態度及溝通技巧 Good adaptability, management skills, service attitude and communication skills -具領導才能,有效建立團隊精神 Have leadership skills and build team spirit effectively - 有咖啡及酒水智識更佳 Barista/ bar knowledge is a plus -能即時上班會優先考慮 Priority will be given able to work immediately 工作地點Working place : Tsim Sha Tsui
