Job Duty

1) Salary & benefit -$6500-$9000/ Month -Staff discount -Flexible working hours -Bank holiday -9 days annual leave -Performance bonus -Snack & Drinks -Possibility of transitioning to full-time if performance is good ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2) Working hour -5 hours within 2pm- 8pm (MON- FRI) -OPTIONAL: 11am-6:30pm (SAT)- Bonus $2000 allowance will be offered if candidates can on duty on SAT. # Working hours can be adjusted ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3) Responsibilities -Provide customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and orders through various channels such as phone, email, and online platforms. -Support order processing and logistic arrangement -Manage daily operations of the e-commerce & social media platform -Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned # No selling target. No cold call ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4) Requirements -F.5 (HKDSE/ HKCEE) or above with 2 years or above related customer service experience -Detail-oriented, patient, good organizational skills, responsible, honest, good team player -Able to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced working environment -Good in MS Office -Good command of written English and Chinese -Good team player, organizational skills, proactive and detail-oriented. -Possess a strong sense of ownership and a customer-centric mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes. -Immediate available is preferred -Prior experience in e-commerce / gaming industry / multi-media design / digital marketing / logistics is preferred. # Candidate with less related experience will be considered as Assistant e-Commerce Executive ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1) 薪金及福利: -月薪: $6500-$9000 -銀行假期 -9天年假，滿兩年起後每年再加1天 (最高可達20天) -表現獎金 -員工及親友購物優惠 -另備免費小食及飲品 2) 職責: - 提供售前/ 售後客戶服務，為客戶提供開心愉快網購經歷 - 與客戶建立及維持良好及持久關係 - 支援處理訂單及物流出貨 - 管理及更新網站平台及社支媒體 3) 入職條件: -中五或以上 (HKDSE/ HKCEE) -必需具電腦及互聯網基本應用知識 -懂中英文輸入法 (30字或以上) -懂流利廣東話，懂英語及略懂普通話 -細心有耐性, 良好組織能力, 有責任感, 誠實, 良好團隊合作精神 -能夠獨立工作及自發性 -2 年或以上相關工作經驗 -具客戶服務/ 電子商貿/ 多媒體製作/ e-Marketing/ 物流工作經驗者優先 -對電玩遊戲有基本認識更佳 # 相關經驗不足者，將會被安排為助理專員 4) 上班時間: -每天自選5小時工作 (MON- FRI) -額外選項: 如星期六 11am-6:30pm可額外上班，可另加$2000月薪 進一步了解我們: http://BuyGame2.com
