If you are their Technical Support Services (TSS) in Hong Kong, you will have a chance to join them. Job Description Based in Hong Kong, to work with the Project Manager for Managed Services. The key responsibilities of Technical Support Services(TSS) include: Job Responsibilities Server management included file server (Hyper-V), eClass server, WebSAMS server, Proxy server and MTR attendance server (Microsoft Windows Server Platform) Manage BYOD mobile devices and MDM management system Management of school campus TV Management of school's temperature checking system System migration in new school year Network operation monitoring, user accounts and resources management, software update and upgrade, servers and workstations housekeeping, peripherals devices housekeeping, diagnosing and resolving problems, reporting etc. Microsoft Teams, eClass system, WebSAMS system, firewall support School website maintenance, photo shooting, video editing, poster editing Support school's surveillance system Support the usage of STEAM equipment such as 3D printers, laser cutter, drones, mircobits, VR glasses and robotics. Wireless network support Requirements At least 3-year full time school TSS experience HKCEE/HKDSE or equivalent Microsoft MCSA Qualification or above Relevant knowledge in server & network support Relevant knowledge in hardware maintenance, poster and video editing   Working hour 47 hours per week (included 1-hour lunch break) Others Shift duty on Saturday morning is required The recruited TSS must not have any criminal record and need to pass the sexual conviction record check by Hong Kong Police Force. The report of the check needs to be submitted to our school as reference. The recruited TSS must also follow the latest disease prevention measures from the Government and the Education Bureau.
