【嚴正聲明 – Moovup好工速遞呼籲市民慎防偽冒本公司廣告】

Moovup好工速遞（下稱「Moovup」）近日接獲舉報，發現有詐騙分子於Facebook及Instagram等社交平台盜用本公司名義、標誌及圖片發布虛假廣告，誘導求職者透過WhatsApp與騙徒聯繫。騙徒會假裝提供工作機會，並要求受害者點擊不明網址填寫個人資料，甚至索取網上銀行帳戶及密碼，企圖進行詐騙。

Moovup 請用戶及市民留意該等招聘廣告為偽冒廣告。Moovup與該等廣告並無任何關係， 更不會要求求職者提供網上銀行帳號及密碼。對於此類偽冒招聘廣告的欺詐行為，Moovup 定必嚴肅處理，並將採取必要措施以保護用戶及市民的權益。

用戶及市民遇懷疑偽冒招聘廣告時應提高警覺，慎防受騙：

  1. 請小心保護個人資料，切勿向任何人透露個人銀行資料及密碼，或者支付任何金錢、進行轉帳或匯款。
  2. 切勿登入、下載或安裝不明來歷的網站及應用程式，以及將任何資料輸入到不明來歷的應用程式或網址。
  3. 若遇可疑情況，請立即終止對話，並透過Moovup官方網站或客服管道查證職缺真偽。
  4. 法律行動：如懷疑受騙，請向警方報案處理。

Moovup (the “Company") has recently received reports that scammers are impersonating our brand on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, using our name, logo, and images to post fake advertisements. These fraudsters lure job seekers into contacting them via WhatsApp, pretending to offer employment opportunities. Victims are then directed to click on suspicious links to submit personal information, and in some cases, are even asked to provide online banking credentials and passwords.

Moovup urges all users and the public to be aware that these advertisements are fraudulent. Moovup has nothing to do with such ads and will never ask jobseekers to provide online banking account details or passwords. Moovup takes such scams and frauds seriously and will implement necessary measures to protect users and the public.

Users and the public should remain vigilant when encountering suspicious recruitment advertisements:

  1. Protect your personal details. Do not disclose any bank details or passwords, make any payments or make any transfers or remittances.
  2. Do not login, download or install any unknown website and apps. Do not input any data into unknown platforms.
  3. If you encounter a suspicious situation, immediately end the conversation and verify the authenticity of the job posting through Moovup’s official website or customer service channels.
  4. If you suspect you have been defrauded, please report to the police.
