工作職責
Responsibilities: • Responsible for assisting the team in data entry, office administration, e-mail follow-up with clients and performing project reports. • Perform Ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: • Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel. • At least 1 year of experiences working as a team secretary, sales support, office admin or customer service domain such as hospitality, airline etc. • Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese. • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, sense of responsibility, team player. • Candidates from event management, customer service, airline or hospitality looking to change into admin or HR fields are welcome.
