Highlights - 5-day work week - Bank holidays - Great and friendly working environment with potential career path - Medical and dental insurance - Passionate to develop career in medical industry Job Description - Perform full range of receptionist in a clinic setting - Handle client's payment by cash or credit card - Handle phone inquiry and online booking system in a timely manner - Provide administrative support, prepare reports and other clerical duties - Assist doctors with paperwork and other ad-hoc tasks Requirements - Bachelor's degree or above is a plus - 1 year of working experience in clinic/ receptionist/ customer service, fresh graduate candidate with passion to develop career in medical industry would be considered as well - Fluent Cantonese and good English, good Mandarin is an advantage - Good in Microsoft Word and Excel, and word processing - Candidates with IANG visa/ Top Talent Pass are welcome, mainland China background is an advantage - Candidates with Phlebotomist experience would be considered as Health Care Assistant UMP Healthcare Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
