You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks: -To provide customer service support / troubleshooting support through email/phone/chat to members - Collaborate with internal parties for customers' enquiries and/ or complaints - To Work closely with team supervisors to ensure escalated issues are handled in a timely and correct manner - Gather customer feedback to enhance service and customer experience - Maintain up-to-date member information - Shift duty is required - 40 hours/week Who are we looking for? - At least 1 year of Customer Service experience in a contact centre environment - Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and/or external contacts - Highly self-motivated, energetic with a positive attitude and a team player - Passion for building customer loyalty by carefully listening, building rapport and providing extraordinary customer care, using strong written and verbal communication skills - Confident computer skills are vital as you’ll be using multiple tools and systems daily - Excellent time management & multi-tasking skills Bilingual in a combination of two of the following, Cantonese, Mandarin or English
