工作職責
工作內容: - 處理一般文書工作,例如資料輸入、存檔、和記錄處理; - 以謹慎和專業的態度處理機密和敏感資訊; - 協助處理日常強積金流程指令,以確保各項服務依照程序及時且準確地完成; - 執行主管所安排的相關工作。 工作要求: - 香港中學文憑或以上學歷程度; - 懂得使用MS Office及電腦文書處理, 及中、英文打字; - 處理敏感資訊時具有高度的專業和判斷力; - 具有靈活性和適應性以應對不斷變化的工作; - 注重細節,可以同時處理多項工作,並能夠獨自完成工作。 工作時間: 星期一至六 下午2時至晚上10時(當中的五天) 或 星期一至五 晚上10時至早上6時 (共2更)
