工作職責
Job Duties: • Follow up the daily operation production 跟進日常營運生產 • Check food temperatures and presentation 檢查食物溫度和外觀 • Implement controls to minimize food and supplies' wastage 實施控制措施,盡量減少食品和用品的浪費 • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen at all times 保持廚房的清潔和整潔 Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in hotel/ club/ hospitality industry. 至少3年飯店/俱樂部/旅館業相關經驗。 • Immediate availability will be an advantage. 立即可用將是一個優勢。
