Key Responsibilities • Provide training and supervise the frontline staff to comply with the security and licensing requirements and any other operational requirements as set by the Company • Manage and supervise the Off-Airport Check in Operations (OACI) and any related responsibilities as and when required. • Take immediate action to solve the problems and disputes encountered by the duty staff in the service area and prepare the reports and improvement measures promptly • Consolidate and settle the cash/credit revenue on site with the system's record • Promote and assist passengers to use the baggage acceptance/baggage delivery and left baggage services, • Assist the Duty Manager to implement the administrative duties and perform any other duties as directed by the Duty Managers Job requirements • F.5 or above, preferably with at least 4 years airport experience, of which at least 1 year at supervisory level; • High level of competence in common PC software, such as MS Excel & MS Word • Good command of both written and verbal English and Chinese • Good inter-personal skill • Strong problem-solving ability • Required to work on rotating shifts Work Location Successful candidate will be assigned to and rotated at the locations listed below: • Hong Kong International Airport • West Kowloon Station • Hong Kong/Kowloon Station Or other locations subject to Company's arrangement Interested parties shall submit their resume and expected salary to [email protected] or WhatsApp 5165 4318.
