Experience in design, construction, and structural works. Proven design and project management experience delivering quality, time, and budget. Previous exposure with clients of both private and public sectors, together with contractors. Good understanding of local authorities’ procedures and requirements. Good personal effectiveness and time management. Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
