工作職責
What you’ll be doing? - Monitor the daily sales operations & make alignment with the product marketing of the Company - Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the Company's goals and objectives - Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth - Deliver excellent customer services to clients and be able to solve customers' enquiry effectively - Develop key customers connection including dealers, or any related parties - Responsible for pre-sales activities such as customer visit, technical support, new product presentation, competitor activities analysis and site visit - Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders - Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing, to ensure a coordinated approach to sales and product development - Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports - Stay up-to-date with the trends, competitive activity and customer needs of home appliances industry - Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations - Any ac hoc project assigned by the Management Who are we looking for? - Higher Diploma or above, preferably in business administration, marketing, or related field - Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the home appliances industry or consumer durables - Deep understanding of the home appliances market, including industry trends, competitive activity, and customer needs - Knowledge of sales strategies and tactics, sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also important - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and other relevant sales and marketing tools is also desirable - High proficiency in spoken and written English, fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin - Highly motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team Why you should consider this opportunity: We offer an attractive remuneration package with fringe benefits to the right candidates, such as - Discretionary Bonus - Medical Benefits - Dental Benefits - Staff Purchase - Education allowance - On-the-job Training - Annual Leave 12-18 Days - Birthday Leave - Marriage Leave - Staff Activities

Arçelik Hitachi Home Appliances was established as a joint venture between Arçelik A.Ş. and Hitachi Global Life Solutions, Inc to manufacture, sell and provide after-sales services of Hitachi branded home appliances including refrigerators, washing machines, vacuum cleaners globally (outside of the Japanese market). Arçelik (a multinational household appliances manufacturer that employs over 40,000 people worldwide and operates in 48 countries, and 28 production facilities in 9 countries with 12 brands such as Beko and Grundig) acquired 60% ownership in the new company while Hitachi Global Life Solutions, Inc. continues as a 40% shareholder of the company. Through this joint venture, Arçelik and Hitachi Global Life Solutions, Inc. have combined their expertise in other key areas such as R&D, procurement and production systems to optimize the joint venture's global supply chain and strengthen its competitive positioning in the market.
